Ilya M. Shnayder, Founder, President and CEO

Mr. Shnayder who began his real estate career at the ripe old age of 15 when he bought his first piece of investment property, a 2 bedroom condo in Brighton, Massachusetts, is recognized as one of the best real estate investment professionals in the country. His knowledge of the real estate market, ability to dissect financial statements and pro formas, understanding of creative financing, superb negotiation skills, charismatic energy and leadership provide inspiration to all the personnel in the company. Mr. Shnayder who grew up in Brookline, Massachusetts and was educated at Brandeis University speaks 3 languages, English, Russian and Spanish and is a member of prestigious group of top executives recognized in "Who's Who" National Registry.

Andrey Parchinskiy, Maintenance Manager

Mr. Parchinskiy has over 7 years of experience as a maintenance manager overseeing sizeable crews of laborers and prioritizing multiple projects in different locations, at different levels of completion and of varying importance. His goal oriented, high energy, no nonsense, hands on management style earns him the respect of his peers in the property management field.

Pedro Medina, Rental Manager

Mr. Medina has 8 years of experience in the real estate industry with the last 4 years as a real estate sales and rental agent. He is a great asset to our company whose primary responsibility is to ensure that we have the highest quality tenants and are as close to 0% vacancy as is realistically possible. His duties include implementing our marketing efforts (newspaper, radio, online, flyers and referrals), ensuring units are ready to be shown, photographing units for the website, reviewing rental applications, calling references, verifying information stated on applications, showing available units to qualified tenants and ultimately being the liaison between potential tenants and Atlas Property Management. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is very good at dealing with the intricacies of the multitudes of state and local agencies involved with renting residential housing in Western Massachusetts.

Diana Rodriguez, Office Manager

Ms. Rodriguez, who has been with the company for less than 3 years, has quickly become the face of the company for most of our residents. Whether they meet her in person dropping off their rental application or payment at our office on High St. or on the phone when they call in with a question or an issue, Ms. Rodriguez is always there to help out. Her duties include answering all incoming phone calls, reviewing rental applications for completeness, preparing lease and tenancy agreements, collecting rents and logging them into our customized rental tracking computer program, generating certain financial reports, communicating with tenants who don't speak any English, etc.
